What we do

One workshop, from full sheet to finished carcass.

Order a single service or the whole job. Either way, your parts come back labelled to your cutting list.

Boards

Melamine and masonite in stock. Buy full sheets, half sheets or a fraction cut to size.

Cutting

Every list runs through our layout optimiser, so you pay for fewer boards and keep grain running the right way.

Edging

Glued, pressed, trimmed and buffed. Tell us which edges to band and we mark them on every part.

Cabinets

Kitchen, bedroom and office units built in our workshop, or flat-packed for your own installer.

A raw chipboard edge swells and chips. We seal every visible edge with matching band, trimmed flush and buffed so the joint disappears.

    Pay deposit, we cut

    A deposit books your job. Panels are cut, edged and labelled part by part.

    Collect & build

    Settle the balance and collect. Usable offcuts are yours to take.
